[US Communities] Internal Server Error 500 when indexing federated search results

This incident has been resolved and indexing on US communities with large payloads should now be possible again.

Investigating

We are currently investigating an issue with the federated search endpoint where by larger payloads are failing to be indexed and a resulting internal server error 500 is returned. This is causing some customers' integrations to no longer index remote content into the community search.
